We invite you to meet our new chef - Roberts Moreira:

Born in Young, Rio Negro, Uruguay. In his youth, he left for Spain, where he discovered his passion for gastronomy. At the age of 19, he realized that he loves to cook, as well as the opportunity to pass his charisma and happiness to those who tried his dishes. He gained experience in a variety of gastronomy styles in France, Germany, Portugal, and Italy. He came to the Dominican Republic 14 years ago, where he directed, created, and mixed dishes for the island's most exclusive restaurants.
